Job summary

UCT is hiring a Buyer II to join our procurement team in Cebu. You will execute end-to-end purchasing, manage supplier relations, and support logistics to meet operational needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent English communication. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and collaborate across all levels.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Analytical thinker with advanced Excel skills and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full purchasing process from requisition to payment.
• Issue purchase orders to local and global suppliers; coordinate with logistics and finance.
• Monitor, track, and expedite deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, operations).
• Identify new suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
