Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory performance across IMI's global operations.
• Drive balance between inventory investment, customer service, and efficiency.
• Lead global optimization strategies and reduction programs.
• Identify root causes of inventory build-up and implement corrective actions.
• Improve warehouse processes, cycle counting, and inventory governance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
