Job summary

Bayer in the Philippines (Taguig) is seeking a Business Support Associate to ensure smooth execution of business activities, proactively identifying issues and supporting the MOS Capability with AI-enabled productivity and knowledge management.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, support process improvements, and help implement new tools while adapting to evolving business needs and maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in a similar process.
• English proficiency at C1 level, additional language is a strong asset.
• Experience supporting stakeholders within MOS geographical scope and across different stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Knowledge of IT systems and business support processes; practical use of digital/AI tools.
• Initiative and accountability with focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex business support to assigned manager(s), ensuring ownership, service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring responsive support and professional communication.
• Support MOS Capability strategic activities, projects, team initiatives by supporting implementation efforts and sharing operational insights.
• Support the implementation and testing of process improvements, new tools, and changes within the assigned scope.
• Demonstrates a positive and adaptable attitude during times of change, supporting new ways of working and collaborating.
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks, processes, and responsibilities.
• Supports team objectives through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
