Bayer is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Manila to lead delivery of Digital Workplace and onsite IT services for the Philippines. You will connect local business needs with global IT, manage providers, and drive continuous improvement to enhance user experience.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, service governance, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality IT services for employees.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Strong experience in IT service delivery and Digital Workplace environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Act as a key IT contact for local business stakeholders and translate needs into IT services.
Build relationships with business leaders, end users, IT teams and service providers.
Support Digital Workplace services across end-user devices, workplace technologies and onsite user support.
Oversee local service delivery and collaborate with third-party providers to meet QoS and SLAs.
Monitor service performance, KPIs, and coordinate corrective actions.
