Job summary

ANZ Global Services and Operations (Manila), Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst in Makati for the Talent & Culture division. The role focuses on end-to-end business analysis activities, elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management within projects.

Role location is Makati City with a permanent, day-shift schedule. The successful candidate will drive delivery standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement across Talent & Culture Integrated

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on medium-to-large projects.
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis tasks, planning, elicitation, and artefacts.
• Experience in agile and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver business activities across projects or programmes.
• Ensure all BA artefacts meet delivery framework standards.
• Provide leadership and drive continuous improvement on projects.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Ensure clear understanding of project objectives and benefits.
• Develop requirements and deliver high-quality BA artefacts.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and business partners.
