Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Business Process Analyst to translate business needs into structured requirements and partner with IT for solution design and implementation.

You will gather, analyze, validate, and document current-state pain points, future-state processes, business rules, and acceptance criteria to ensure delivered solutions meet approved outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis, process improvement, systems implementation, or digital transformation.
• Experience preparing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, use cases, process maps, business rules, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices, and UAT documents.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and sessions to identify objectives, pain points, business needs, constraints, and priorities.
• Document current-state processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and define future-state workflows and data needs.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements using BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process maps, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
• Serve as liaison with IT/Technology to clarify requirements and confirm designs align with business intent.
• Support test scenario development, coordinate business validation and user acceptance testing, and verify solutions meet requirements.
• Maintain requirements versions, decisions, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests; support readiness and post-launch validation.
