Job summary

SMEDD Corp. seeks a Civil Engineering professional to lead budgeting, cost control and risk management for development and redevelopment projects. The role involves coordinating with construction and project managers, validating budgets, and ensuring schedules align with approvals.

You will work at MOA, Pasay, bringing 2+ years of relevant experience and a professional license to drive cost performance and proactive financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional license relevant to the field.
• Preferably with 2 years related experience.
• Willing to be assigned at MOA, Pasay.

Responsibilities

• Monitors preparation and approval of Rate Cards and Provisional Contract; tracks schedule.
• Prepares initial budgets for New Development, Redevelopment and Improvement projects.
• Liaises with Construction Manager & Project Manager for materials per budget.
• Ensures Detailed Budget creation stays within approved parameters; assesses cost variance.
