RCBC is seeking a results-driven Banking Sales professional for the Business Center in Sta. Mesa. Your role will plan and implement sales strategies to achieve goals and ensure long-term sustainability of the center.

You'll monitor market conditions in the trading area, identify new sales opportunities, grow the customer base, deepen relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with Retail Banking Group to meet financial needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
• Proficient in strategic planning and financial management.
• Experience or interest in banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Business Center's sales plan in fulfillment of the overall goals of the Retail Banking Group.
• Grow customer base through internal or external sales initiatives.
• Maintain cordial working relations with clients by ensuring the timely servicing of financial needs.
