Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end analysis of retail KPIs and converts trends into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Develops and maintains dashboards that track inventory health and performance drivers.
• Partners closely with RCOE units, Retail Operations, ITDM, and HRBP to align insights.
