Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Business Analyst to formulate a comprehensive commercial calendar and optimize wholesales performance across the Philippines through Sell in / Sell out analysis and KPI-driven insights. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, incl. 2+ years in management.
• Retail finance and analytics experience in multinational context.

Responsibilities

• Collect, structure and report business data with dashboards and KPI analyses.
• Monitor weekly/monthly performance and provide commentary and corrective actions.
• Evaluate store openings and market opportunities to boost sales.
• Standardize country reporting and train teams on Power BI.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasts and mid-term business planning.
