Job summary

Dahua is seeking a senior regional business development professional to identify and win enterprise CCTV, security and IoT projects across defined accounts. You will build relationships with end users, system integrators, consultants, contractors, developers, and other partners, and manage opportunities from initial engagement to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience, preferably in CCTV, security, ICT, networking, ELV, or technology solutions.
• Strong experience handling large enterprise accounts and major projects, preferably with proven multimillion-peso project wins.
• Established network among end users, system integrators, consultants, contractors, developers, and/or key industry accounts.
• Strong understanding of project-based and solution selling.
• Able to identify opportunities from early project stage through bidding, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, especially with senior decision-makers.
• Able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline with clear revenue targets.
• Experience with brands/products related to CCTV, access control, video intercom, display, networking, IoT, or integrated security solutions is highly preferred.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular client visits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
