Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax rules and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting ops: AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff; provide training and performance management.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Manage the accounting budget and cost control initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely audits and regulatory filings.
• Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
