Job summary

Northbank Holdings Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager in Davao City to oversee financial operations and ensure GAAP compliance. This role leads the accounting team and provides strategic financial insights for executive decisions.

Reporting to the General Manager of Finance, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accountancy, 4–5 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in SAP, ERP, or QuickBooks. CPA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is preferred, with related fields also accepted
• High degree of familiarity with PICPA accounting standards and GAAP rules, standards, and procedures
• Minimum 4-5 years of general accounting experience required
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of Accounting, Corporate Finance, People Management, Audit
• Proficiency in any of the listed accounting software systems (SAP, ERP, or QuickBooks) is required
• 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in accounting is required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required
