Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in accounting management or senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards; leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR and GL.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead accounting team, supervise staff performance and development.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform variance analysis and provide management reports.
• Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Support budget development and financial forecasting.
