Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS, BIR, SEC, and regulations.
• Prepare and file VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax returns.
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile bank accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and conduct financial analysis.
• Coordinate audits and implement internal controls.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for management.
• Supervise accounting staff.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, government agencies.
• Perform other finance duties as assigned.
