Lilolele Incorporated, based in Cebu, is seeking an experienced Group Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function, ensure financial accuracy, and strengthen internal controls to support business growth. The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and forecasting, with responsibilities to oversee cash flow, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in accounting processes.

You will coach a team and interact with auditors and management to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of accounting experience with leadership exposure.
Experience with accounting systems (SAP, Prime, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with leading accounting teams and developing accounting processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the accounting team across financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting.
Oversee preparation of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, labor requirements, and government requirements.
Establish and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Manage audit requirements and coordinate with external auditors.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Oversee cash flow management, account reconciliation, and financial accuracy.
