Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Account S&OP and drive demand sensing and shaping.
• Embed customer forecasts in contracts with documented assumptions.
• Guide accounts to collect forecast input and suggest improvements.
• Design and assess supply chain delivery plans and budgets.
• Advise on optimal products, services and resources for delivery.
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans to protect performance.
• Gatekeep supply-critical contract terms and substitutions.
• Set up supply chains, measure readiness and track performance.
• Manage expedited hardware requests, inventory and overall performance.
• Drive improvements and capture financial impact for learning.
