Job summary

RelianceUnited is seeking an Account Officer to retain and grow existing corporate accounts by nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring client requirements are met within agreed timelines.

The role involves enrolling new accounts, coordinating with the Sales Team, and liaising with TPAs/HMOs or insurance providers to deliver timely service and address client concerns, supporting sales targets and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of solid working experience in the related field and with a successful track record required.
• Experience working in TPA / HMO or insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Enrollments for new accounts: benefit matrix, member lists, signed contracts, SEC, Sec Cert, Financials.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular visits and address concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate between internal teams and corporate accounts to ensure timely delivery of service.
• Coordinate with medical insurance providers to ensure seamless coverage and claims handling.
