Job summary

BEL Promo in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to support growth across core and growth accounts. You will partner with a National Sales Manager to execute strategies, manage day-to-day customer needs, and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience as an Account Executive, inside sales, or business development support role.
• Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple cadences and campaigns across a regional book of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute the account strategy across assigned core and growth accounts.
• Write storyboards and campaigns to bring each account’s strategy to life.
• Build and maintain call, email, and campaign cadences with the aligned National Sales Manager/Lead.
• Execute outbound calls, emails, and campaign activity.
• Organize regional execution efforts by region.
• Maintain account, order, and activity records in CRM to keep strategy execution visible.
• Track campaign results and report back to the National Sales Manager/Lead.
• Send samples to the account’s sales force and the end customer to support market strategy.
• Communicate the account strategy internally to Customer Service and externally to the account’s sales force.
• Coordinate with Production and Sales to align on timelines and needs.
• Track orders and resolve delays with Customer Service and Order Entry.
• Act as a cross-functional problem solver across internal teams.
• Coordinate with Multi-Line Representatives to support field execution.
• Work as an extension of the National Sales Manager/Lead’s strategy.
