Job summary

BEL Promo is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to support a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Philippines. You will partner with a National Sales Manager to execute account strategies, manage day-to-day customer needs, and drive growth with internal teams across sales, service, and operations.

As part of this role, you will build and maintain call and email cadences, perform outbound outreach, and report results back to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience as Account Executive, inside sales, or business development support.
• Strong organizational and execution skills; manage multiple cadences and campaigns.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems for tracking account and order activity.
• Strong written communication for storyboards, campaigns, and emails.

Responsibilities

• Execute the account strategy across core and growth accounts.
• Write storyboards and campaigns to bring each account’s strategy to life.
• Build and maintain call/email cadences and campaign schedules for each account.
• Execute outbound calls, emails, and activity against cadence in-house.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely, accurate order entry and campaign execution.
