Job summary

Ninja Van Philippines is seeking an Account Executive for Relationships to ensure processes are followed and opportunities to improve these processes are explored. You will keep key accounts connected and ensure their continued use of Ninja Van’s services by maintaining productive communications across channels.

Your role includes handling day-to-day tasks, understanding client needs, and driving performance through data analysis, KPI reporting to business unit heads, and portfolio growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, business management, or related course (institutional and international management).
• Analytical and marketing skills required to support client growth and insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Tagalog.
• 3+ years of work experience in account management, stakeholder management, or client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational tasks aligning Ninja Van’s and client systems.
• Understand daily needs of the assigned account and provide data on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Hit operational KPIs through shipment monitoring, data analysis, and project management.
• Prepare and present reports to Business Unit heads on targets, KPIs and portfolio performance.
• Grow shipper business/volume and maintain client trust.
