Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the store sales team.
• Monitor and achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist customers and ensure excellent service throughout the sales process.

• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product availability.

• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Sales-driven, organized, and results-oriented.

• Able to coach, motivate, and develop team members.

• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory monitoring, and basic sales reporting.

• Trustworthy and responsible in handling cash, sales information, and store records.

• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

• Willing to be assigned to any gadget store branch within Cebu City.
