Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational skills, leadership and communications skills, people management skills, coaching skills.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 years & Up experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Malibay Pasay

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are well managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order needed items and small notes.
• Complete and report sales, new hires, assignments to HQ and supervisors.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow established SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
