Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean at all times.
• Greet and serve customers with professionalism.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements and safety standards.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Report sales, new staff hiring, assignments and issues to HQ.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines; perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
