Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail industry.
• Excellent organizational skills, leadership, and communication.
• Merchandising skills and people management.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in sales - retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, new staff, assignments to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Other duties assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.
