Mini Depato Corp. in Pampanga is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a team at SM Supermarket San Fernando or Waltermart San Fernando Pampanga. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring accurate cash handling, and maintaining attractive visual merchandising.

The role emphasizes people management, training, scheduling, and coordinating with mall administration to address branch concerns, while promoting ongoing store improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2–3 years of related field experience.
• Retail experience with Visual Display is required.
• Supervisor candidate should have Sales - Retail/General specialization preferred.
• Willing to work at SM Supermarket San Fernando Pampanga or Waltermart San Fernando Pampanga.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Management: lead and motivate a team to meet the store's monthly sales goal.
• Cash Management: ensure compliance with cash handling standards and procedures.
• Merchandise Management and stock upkeep with clear price tags and promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visible promotions.
• People Management: recruit, train, schedule, develop, and supervise teams.
• Support Requirements: attend monthly mall meetings for branch concerns.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in any field

2-3 years of related field experience

• At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.

• Retail experience is a MUST with Visual Display experience

• Ideally, the supervisor specializes in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

• Applicants must be willing to work at SM Supermarket San Fernando Pampanga or Waltermart San Fernando Pampanga.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Management (Leading and motivating a team to achieve the store's monthly sales goal for the branch.)

• Cash Management (Ensuring compliance with all cash handling standards and procedures)

• Merchandise Management

• Maintains store cleanliness and ensures full stock with clear price tags and promotions

• People Management (Recruiting, training, developing, scheduling, and supervising teams as well as designating tasks and responsibilities)

• Support Requirements (Coordinate and attend monthly meetings with mall administration and support groups for any branch concern)

• Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
