MR DIY Philippines in Tboli, South Cotabato, is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to drive store sales and maintain daily operations. You will organize displays, greet customers, and lead a team to ensure excellent service and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership and coaching abilities. Filipino and English language proficiency is expected, with readiness to work in Tboli.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years retail experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operation is properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staff hiring, assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Any other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
