Responsibilities

Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
Keep the store tidy and clean.
Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
Greet and serve customers.
Maintain stability & reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees; monitor & appraise responsibilities.
Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
Daily bank-in of store sales.
Stocking & ordering items and small notes as needed.
Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
