This role requires at least six months in a supervisory or cashier position, a strong customer focus, and the ability to lead a team of beauty professionals while working flexible mall-based hours. Openings are nationwide with assignments near your residence.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred.
