Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands seeks a Store Supervisor to ensure smooth daily store operations by managing staff, motivating the sales team, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

Openings are nationwide, with candidates assigned to the location closest to their residence. Mall-based hours apply, and experience in retail, beauty, wellness or related industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least six months of supervisory or cashier experience.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience leading and coaching a team of professionals (waxing, brows or nails).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness or related industries is preferred.
