Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations at mall locations in the Philippines. You will lead a sales team, ensure outstanding customer service, and help drive sales targets across multiple locations.

The role requires at least 6 months in a supervisory capacity, a customer-focused mindset, and experience coaching beauty and wellness staff. Mall-based schedules and nationwide openings are available.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities
