Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a Store Supervisor to ensure smooth daily store operations. The role focuses on managing staff, motivating the sales team, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service. Openings are nationwide with assignments near residence.

The ideal candidate has six months of supervisory or cashier experience, is target-driven, and can coach a team of specialists in beauty services. Flexible schedules, mall hours, and retail/beauty experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred.
