Job summary

MR DIY Philippines in Villasis Pangasinan seeks a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver outstanding customer service across all departments.

You will supervise staff, organize merchandising displays, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with company SOPs while upholding safety and store reputation.

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree, Filipino and English proficiency, and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's legality and reputation by complying with requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ/superiors.
• Send documents to HQ and superiors.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Take on any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
