Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandising displays.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Maintain clean and organized store.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Uphold store safety and legal compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and appraise staff.
• Report sales, staffing, and issues to HQ.
