Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' retail industry experience.
• Supervisor-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment.
• Organize and rotate merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure legal compliance and store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, discipline, and appraise staff.
• Provide guidance to the team for efficient operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and tasks to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.
