Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales achievements and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are well managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare, update, and report sales, hiring, and assignments to HQ & Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Carry out other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
