Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor for SM Center San Pedro. The role oversees daily store operations, drives sales growth, and ensures orderly merchandising. You will lead a team, coach staff, and maintain store standards to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage shelves, displays, and banking activities in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communications skills.
• Amenable to work in SM Center San Pedro.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Perform any other responsibility assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
