Job summary

SM Retail is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations. You will manage staff schedules, drive sales on the selling floor, handle cash procedures, and ensure excellent customer service and store standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in retail or related fields and an Associate or Bachelor's degree. You will participate in trainings and help maintain brand image while complying with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in store operations, inventory management, customer management or sales management.
