Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is looking for a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor at LCC Mall Daraga (LCCM). You will drive sales growth, organize merchandising, and ensure smooth daily operations while coaching a retail team and maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years retail experience, and strong organizational and leadership skills. Willingness to work at LCC Mall Daraga is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years retail experience.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in sales - retail.
• Able to work at LCC Mall Daraga (LCCM).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, selecting, training, coaching and disciplining employees; monitoring and appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (sales, new staff hiring, assignment, case) to HQ and superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and superior.
• Working within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
