Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. in Laguna is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager by implementing store operations, sales programs, and people initiatives that ensure excellent customer service and compliant daily execution.
You will oversee cashiering, vault management, merchandising, and order monitoring while coordinating scheduling, government liaison duties, and safety programs to keep customers and staff safe.

Our Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in implementing store operations, sales programs, and people initiatives that put a smile on customers’ faces. You help ensure strong customer service, smooth daily execution, and compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
Cashiering & Vault Management:Oversees cashiering operations and vault management; reviews treasury mandatory reports, ensuring secure, compliant, and safe cash handling practices in line with operational and control standards.
Merchandising & Promo Execution:Checks merchandise and promo display, ensuring safe, organized, and hazard-free store presentation aligned with operational and safety standards.
Sales Support & O+O Execution:Supports achievement of O+O sales targets; monitors accuracy and timeliness of orders and back-end order posting, ensuring secure and compliant execution of processes.
Government Liaison & Compliance:Acts as liaison officer for government agencies and offices; handles permit and license renewals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, DOLE, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, including proper documentation, incident reporting, and escalation.
Staff Support & Scheduling:Assists in staff deployment and scheduling, supporting safe work practices, adherence to store safety protocols, and readiness for emergency response procedures.
Safety & Incident Awareness:Supports store-level incident and emergency response, ensuring customer and staff safety and participating in safety checks, audits, and emergency drills as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory role
Proven ability to support store operations, sales performance, and team coordination
Familiarity with cashiering, inventory handling, and promo execution
Experience in permit and license renewals or government liaison work
Comfortable using store systems and tools for order monitoring and reporting
