ASSA ABLOY Philippines is seeking a Store Sales and Operations Officer to drive store sales and ensure smooth operations across VizMin stores. You will visit stores regularly, assist franchisees and sales associates, manage inventory, and implement marketing programs to boost performance.

The role requires traveling regularly from Luzon to Mindanao, strong office skills, and 1–2 years in operations or sales support.

Formación

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field required.
• Willing to travel regularly Luzon to Mindanao.
• Strong skills in Office applications (Excel, PPT, etc.).
• 1–2 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Provide plans to hit sales targets.
• Visit all stores regularly including VizMin Stores.
• Assist Franchisees and Sales Associates with operational concerns during Mall Hours.
• Oversee inventory, support needs, and order management.
• Engage Sales Associates to provide high-quality customer support.
• Motivate, supervise, and evaluate assigned employees.
• Develop and implement Operations Manual, Policies and Guidelines.
• Audit processes to ensure efficient operations.
• Create and implement Local Store Marketing activities.
• Conduct Sales Associate meetings (ASSA ABLOY Philippines).
• Design learning and development training materials.
• Identify skills gaps and execute training programs for stores.
