Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Pasig is seeking a Store Sales and Operations Officer to drive store sales, develop operating plans, and lead field support across Luzon to Mindanao. The role involves visits to VizMin stores, training, and coordinating with franchisees and sales teams.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Willing to Travel on a regular basis from Luzon to Mindanao.
• Strong skills in Office applications, i.e. Excel, PPT, among others.
• Required Skill(s): Operations, Training, Customer Service, Local Store Marketing, Employee Management, Keen to details, Ability to think quickly, logically and analytically.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Provide plans to hit sales achievement & transaction targets.
• Visits all the stores on a regular basis including VizMin Stores
• Assist Franchisees and Sales Associate's with their operational concerns during Mall Hours (Mondays to Fridays including Holidays)
• Oversees inventory, support needs, and undertaking order management structure by guiding Sales Associates.
• Engage Sales Associates to provide high-quality customer support, ability to direct respond, and react to customers.
• Motivates, supervises, and evaluates the performance of assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
• Develop, establish, and implement an appropriate Operations Manual, Policies and Guidelines.
• Continuously audit existing process and policies to ensure efficient operations
• Create and Implement Local Store Marketing Activities/Marketing Programs
• Conducts Sales Associate Meeting ASSA ABLOY Philippines
• Design high impact learning and development training materials.
• Identify employees' skills gap by performing thorough training needs assessment.
• Execute training programs for all stores (Technical/Product, Management and Sales)
• Conducts, facilitates, and evaluates immersion and Training for newly-hired Sales Associate Monitors performance progress of Sales Associate after the on-site-training
• Facilitates examination for Sales Associate every after 3 months.
