Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Philippines is seeking a Store Sales and Operations Officer to drive store sales, implement local store marketing programs and supervise store operations across VizMin stores. The role requires regular travel between Luzon and Mindanao and close collaboration with Franchisees and Sales Associates to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth across assigned stores.
• Provide plans to hit sales targets and manage transactions.
• Regularly visit all stores including VizMin stores for oversight.
• Assist franchisees and Sales Associates with operational concerns during mall hours.
• Oversee inventory and order management by guiding Sales Associates.
• Engage Sales Associates to deliver high-quality customer support and responses.
• Motivate, supervise, and evaluate employees; provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop and implement an Operations Manual, policies and guidelines.
• Audit processes to ensure efficient store operations and compliance.
• Create and implement Local Store Marketing activities and programs.
• Lead Sales Associate meetings and training events across the Philippines.
• Design learning materials and develop a training hub/central resource.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct training programs (Technical, Management, Sales).
• Facilitate immersion training and monitor progress; evaluate post-training performance.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, any field.
• Willing to Travel on a regular basis from Luzon to Mindanao.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: OPERATIONS:

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Provide plans to hit sales achievement & transaction targets.
• Visits all the stores on a regular basis including VizMin Stores
