Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years HR experience, with strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, or related four-year course.
• 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Experience with people management and leadership responsibilities.
• Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Highly adaptable, approachable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to be assigned to the North Cebu and Mactan Areas.
