Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports, competitor activity, and store activity reports
• Coordinate with all support groups and back office for store concerns
• Monitor and manage staff performance, provide training and coaching
• Monitor store budget and manage costs, including labor costs
• Recommend marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales and attain sales forecasts
• Cascade and monitor company-wide marketing and local store marketing programs
• Manage store inventory levels and assist in stock consolidation
• Manage store events including Preview, Mall Initiated Sale Event and End of Season Sale
• Monitor cash on hand, petty cash, change fund, and usage of manual invoice
• Check availability of selling tools, working-POP, video, and look book at all times
