Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in store operations, food service, QSR, restaurant, or food retail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory control.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations, opening/closing procedures and staff deployment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (e.g., local health regulations, sanitary permits).
• Monitor store cleanliness, food handling, and overall store presentation.
• Support inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers and commissary.
• Assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic staff coordination.
• Address operational issues and escalation concerns to management when needed.
• Coordinate maintenance, equipment repairs, and store supplies.
• Support implementation of operational policies, promotions, and process improvements.
• Assist in handling customer concerns and service-related issues.
• Prepare basic operational reports (sales support, inventory, incidents, attendance).
