Job summary

AvantePH is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise end-to-end store performance across Food, Non-Food, and General Merchandise in Makati. You will drive efficiency, accuracy in inventory, food safety compliance, and customer experience while boosting sales and profitability.

Lead department heads, coordinate with marketing and buying teams, and maintain KPIs, budgets, and staff development. On-site role in Makati City with flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of food, non-food, and general merchandise categories to ensure store performance.
• Implement and monitor SOPs across departments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and government regulations.
