Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation to control expenses.

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales.

• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and proper inventory management, including stock replenishment.
