Job summary

Medical and Hospital resources health care, inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Branch/Store Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day shop activities, coordinate staff, and ensure accurate cash handling and efficient service delivery.

You will monitor staff performance, cashiering, sales transactions, and compliance with procedures, resolve operational concerns, and report issues to management, while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the branch/store to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring that assigned duties and responsibilities are properly performed
• Monitor cashiering activities, cash transactions, sales transactions, and basic cash accountability
• Ensure proper handling, recording, and safekeeping of cash and other financial transactions
• Monitor daily sales and operational activities and report significant concerns or discrepancies to management
• Monitor personnel attendance, performance, productivity, and compliance with established company procedures
• Ensure that store policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed
• Coordinate with staff regarding daily assignments, schedules, priorities, and operational requirements
• Assist in resolving customer, cashiering, personnel, and other operational concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular monitoring of store activities to identify operational issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions
