MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Hospital Operations Services Supervisor in Cebu to oversee clinic operations and ensure high-quality healthcare delivery to members. The role requires leadership of clinic staff and retainer doctors, plus monitoring of approvals, equipment, and expenses.

The ideal candidate will have a medical degree, at least 2 years of clinic experience, and strong communication, empathy, negotiation, and organizational skills to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year Medical course.
• Experience in a clinic setting or HMO is advantageous.
• Strong communication, empathy, negotiation and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors clinic staff and retainer doctors and dentists.
• Ensures delivery of quality medical and dental care to all members.
• Handles concerns raised by staff and doctors; coaches and motivates team.
• Manages outpatient approval requests for timeliness and accuracy.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports for superior review.
• Ensures clinic equipment and facilities are functional and well maintained.
• Monitors clinic expenses and payments to doctors and hospitals.
